Persistence matters. A real North Idaho irrigation problem, traced to its source.

Proof in the field

A leak that looked like a buried water-line failure.

After multiple earlier attempts, Park Properties reported that Cole Enders found the source of a persistent Dalton Avenue irrigation leak: an old valve near the sleeve opening that was not shutting off correctly.

Replacing the faulty valve resolved the leak and let the property move forward with better sprinkler coverage and lawn recovery.

The same small crew does the testing, the repairs, and the seasonal work, which is why customers here tend to keep the same people year after year.
