Persistence matters. A real North Idaho irrigation problem, traced to its source.

Proof in the field

A leak that looked like a buried water-line failure.

After multiple earlier attempts, Park Properties reported that Cole Enders found the source of a persistent Dalton Avenue irrigation leak: an old valve near the sleeve opening that was not shutting off correctly.

Replacing the faulty valve resolved the leak and let the property move forward with better sprinkler coverage and lawn recovery.

Local roots, practical answers

A family business with real personality.

The strongest version of this site will not pretend Enders is a national franchise. It will show the people behind the work, explain services plainly, and make it easy to speak with someone local.

  • Authentic work and team photography
  • Straightforward service descriptions
  • Room to add new offerings over time
